Meet Dave – The Man Behind the Flame
Dave is more than a sauce maker — he’s a flavor creator. With years of experimenting in the kitchen and a love for bold food, he set out to craft sauces that bring taste to life. His goal? To make every meal an adventure, one drop at a time.

ABOUT THE BRAND
The Story Behind the Flame
boot 18 years ago in Winnipeg, Canada I worked with great guys from Trinidad, who would make their family recipe each summer and if you were lucky you got a bottle of Trinidadian hot sauce. That’s where I first tried hot sauce. I moved south and began to make something similar. People said it was good and I should sell it, well I finally decided to sell in Farmers Market…….. NOT SO FAST. Hot Sauce has to be made, tested and stored in an approved Food Facility and Hot Sauces need to be anaylized and then certified by FDACS and in my case for a 2 year standing shelf life (if kept under 95F.
